SARAI

Project SARAI (Smarter Approaches to Reinvigorate Agriculture as an Industry) aims to craft crop advisories which are targeted for rice, corn, banana, coconut, coffee, cacao, sugarcane, soybean, and tomato. The crop advisories focus on integrating local weather data and drought forecast with farm management activities, specifically nutrient and water management, and proactive pest and disease monitoring.

Smart Farming

Smart farming is the use of technology, such as sensors, data analytics, and automation, to optimize agricultural practices. It involves monitoring and managing farm activities in real-time to increase efficiency, reduce resource waste, improve yields, and make farming more sustainable by leveraging tools like precision agriculture, drones, and artificial intelligence.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve agricultural practices and productivity in the Caraga Region by providing our agricultural communities with timely crop advisories, early warning systems, and science-based technologies.

our partners

We are working closely with the academe (national and regional), agricultural research and development institutions (UPLB, DA, DOST PCAARRD), local government units, civil societies and other agricultural communities .
